The New River Valley Planning District Commission is coordinating local governments and water suppliers across the region to research potential regional water supplies.  The regional water source planning began in 2003 with a grant from USDA-Rural Development.  The program is currently in the fourth year of funding and results from the research can be found by clicking on the reports above.
